A beautiful, spacious, spotless apartment with wonderful terraces and views on all sides, in a lovely village overlooking a stunning blue bay in Northern Cephalonia. Dimitris and Kleopatra are wonderful, generous and thoughtful hosts (living downstairs). They provided all the help I needed with directions, lifts to the airport, shopping, local information and also some splendid meals. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you need plenty of space.

F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C experience!!!! Best airbnb holiday!!! The hosts are exactly like described in the reviews... You definitely feel like home when you enter the "Alexandros studios apartments". The house is really spacious and the terraces are huge. The feeling of waking up in the morning looking at the see is amazing. The whole experience was very very good. The island is big and there are plenty of activities to do during the day, that the time was running short. Definitely a destination to go back in the future. Highly suggested for families.

It was a wonderful week in Cefalonia and a pleasure to meet Dimitris' family. They are very kind, helpful, courteous and hospitable. For what concern the house, it is beautiful, big, clean (Dimitris' wife, Cleopatra, cleans the house everyday) and better than what we expected. Moreover, the house has a good position (20 min from Argostoli) in a quiet village, with a wonderful view. My friends and I recommend this house to everybody (families and youngs) for a nice holiday.

This is a perfect appartement on a perfect central location with perfect hosts for a perfect price. When you want to visit Kefalonia this is the place te be. Within 30 minuten you are almost everywhere. When you come back to this big appartement, with a nice shady or sunny terrace for every moment of the day, your hosts will surprise you with their true Greek hospitality. Димитрис и Клеопатра очень хорошие люди, Дом очень красивый и соответствует описанию и даже в реальности лучше чем на фото, есть большая терраса вид с неё шикарный, есть мангал во двореШ. Димитрис очень доброжелательный, пунктуальный, отзывчивый и вообще классный человек. Он приготовил для нас рыбу на гриле, катал нас на своей лодке по очень красивым местам, по разным диким пляжам. Нас было две пары, все остались очень довольны, очень спокойно и хорошо отдохнули. Рекомендую всем.

We had an amazing week's holiday. Dimitris and his wife are two of the most welcoming and kindest people you could wish to meet. Their hospitality was above and beyond anything we expected. Dimitris collected us from the airport and pointed out landmarks en route to the apartment. He helped to arrange our hire car, which was delivered first thing the morning after our arrival. The apartment commands spectacular views over the bay, with several balconies from which to appreciate the sea and the landscape. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and absolutely immaculate; sheets and towels changed three times a week! The apartment was cleaned every day. Dimitris took us out on two boat trips, showing us the coves and beaches which are only accessible by boat. I had happened to mention that Pete liked fishing so he even provided fishing equipment and the two of them had fun fishing together. He was great company on these trips. Several times Dimitris' wife surprised us by preparing some delicious Greek food as a treat and Dimitris barbecued us the best fish dish ever. Dimitris and his family were available if we needed to know anything but they were never intrusive. They are genuinely lovely people and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent value.

Dimitris and Kleopatra are the best airbnb hosts we've had on our travels, their kindness and generosity cannot be matched. The apartment was spacious and well equipped for our family of 3. Kleopatra is an incredible cook and was always providing us with little treats she'd prepared during the day. In fact the best food we had in all of Greece was prepared by Kleopatra, fresh vegetables from thier garden and lovely baked goods were delicious. Our favourite part of the day was arriving home to see what she'd secretly prepared for us :) Dimitris and Kleopatra's two boys also prepared for us some nice banana and chocolate crepes after I fixed his iPhone, just to say thanks.. so lovely....! Zola is a fantastic little village, and is in fact a very good location for exploring the rest of Kefalonia (Please note you will require a hire car). Dimitri provided us with great tips on places to visit and was always happy for a chat in the mornings or evenings when we were leaving or arriving. Dimitris and Kleopatra were especially accommodating for our baby girl, they had set up a special baby crib for her and provided cute blankets and towels etc... it truly felt as though we were staying with family rather than a host. We would 100 % recommend staying here in Dimitris apartment, we are certainly hoping to return some day as well as recommending this place to our friends and family.

We thoroughly recommend this beautiful (and big) apartment wholeheartedly !! It is located in a quiet village with good connections to all the corners of Kefalonia, very close to the sea (2 beaches nearby) and the mountains. Its seven (!!!) terraces provide -besides a good view - sun or shade at all hours of the day. The entire first and second floor were at our disposal with a great bathroom, good bed and fully equipped kitchen. The family itself lives on the ground floor, you hardly hear they are there :-) Dimitri and Kleopatra were everything and more one could expect of hosts ! Caring people who put their heart in the renting of their house. Kleopatra spoiled us with treats such as strawberries with cream, stuffed vegetables from their garden, cake... She worried when we got back rather late one evening or when the wind changed while we were sailing as if we were part of the family. Dimitris provides good info on where to visit. We were sorry to leave and would have liked to stay much longer ! Not only for the place itself (great value for the price) but also for the welcoming feeling Dimitir and Kleopatra give to their guests !

We had a wonderful two weeks staying in Dimitri's apartment.the location of the apartment was very handy for travelling to myrtos beach, fiskardo and many other places of interest. There is also a lovely taverna in Zola (five minutes walk away and a lovely beach close by The apartment was clean and spacious with lovely views and all the facilities you will need anything Dimitri and his family are the perfect hosts. Dimitri took on boat rides provided information about places to see and his wife cooked us delicious food on occasions. Dimitri even drove us from and to the airport I would recommend this place to anyone

Τhe owners Dimitris and Cleopatra will do everything they can to make sure that your stay is a delight. The apartment is spacious and it is an entire maisonette in the villa. It has a lovely sea and mountain view. All the equipment required for cooking and all kitchenware is new and in excellent condition. Великолепная просторная вилла в маленькой деревушки "Зола" на склоне живописной горы. Виды с балкона на бухты Ионического моря словами описать невозможно. В трех километрах отличный пляж и маленькая таверна.
ΑπάντησηΔιαγραφήНа вилле сдаются только одни апартаменты второй и мансардный этаж с отдельным входом. Из каждой комнаты выход на просторный балкон, На самом большом балконе, более 50 м.кв., есть газовая барбекю, большой стол и несколько шезлонгов.
На первом этаже виллы живут хозяева гостеприимные, приветливые греки, хорошо говорят по английски. У хозяина виллы Димитриса две яхты, парусная и моторная, он охотно делает прогулки по морю за очень небольшие деньги. Его супруга Клеопатра постоянно угощала нас разными вкусностями. Расставаться с виллой, хозяевами и островом очень не хотелось.

La posizione della casa di Dimitri e Kleopatra è fantastica; non manca nulla: panorama mozzafiato con mare e montagna, tranquillità assoluta. L'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata pazzesca. Attenzioni e coccole tutti i giorni, con frutta fresca nel frigo e liquori. Pulizia e cura dell'ambiente eccezionale. Gli ambienti sono stupendi, accoglienti e confortevoli, con le camere che danno su terrazze dalla dimensione enorme (attrezzate con divanetti e tavoli di grande gusto), che possono essere sfruttate quasi tutto il giorno per via dell'esposizione favorevole. Bagno molto bello con vasca idromassaggio!

Если бы можно было поставить 12 баллов, я бы сделала это обязательно! Огромное спасибо хозяевам дома! Такого заботливого отношения не всегда ожидаешь даже от родственников. Благодаря теплому отношению к нам и к нашим детям Кефалония стала для нас родной. Очень хочется вернуться. Теперь о самом доме. Дом расположен ближе к северной части острова в небольшой деревушке с таверной. Это горная часть с достаточно скудной растительностью. Вид из окна шикарный. В доме есть все необходимое: посуда, ванные принадлежности, кофе, хлопья для детей и т.п. мелочи. Очень уютные комнаты. Хозяева постарались создать домашнюю атмосферу. В нашем распоряжении были 3 спальных комнаты, ванная, кухня и много террас со всех сторон. Пешком дойти до пляжа не получится. У нас была машина, поэтому мы объехали весь остров и каждый день ехали на новый пляж. Самый близкий по расположению к дому - пляж Миртос (самый известный и очень живописный пляж). Ближе всего для осмотра достопримечательностей расположены: - из городов/поселков: Ассос, Аргостоли, Ликсури - из пляжей, природных красот: пляжи Xi, Makris Gialos, Platis Gialos, подземное озеро Мелиссани и пещера Дрогарати. Посетите юг острова. Он очень зеленый и туристический. Обязательно купите мед у местных пчеловодов (побольше!). Он очень вкусный.

Excellent hosts who on several occasions made us traditional Greek cakes plus the delicious yemistes. Plus Dimitri and Kleopatra cleaned the apartment daily and suggested places to visit when asked. My family of four with two younger children loved the place and Kleopatra during our stay also found lego toys for my son to play with. I can strongly recommend Alexandros Apartments after spending 9 nights there in September 2016. Excellent location in a quiet greek town and gorgeous views over the ocean.
